Requirements
We love to deliver presentations/demonstratons
on your event if there are at least 70 persons attending
and we can deliver at least one presentation of 1 hour
(or more) with a technical depth of level 200.
Exceptions are short demonstrations during general
opening- or closing keynotes or hosting events as
Hyper-T & Hyper-D.
Cost
The presentations / demonstrations are free of charge except for the
cost of travel and expenses.
Technical requirements
For our demonstrations we'll bring a extended demo setup. As that
includes at least 4 laptops we need a high quality VGA switcher (not a
generic KVM switch) to switch between the machines. Also a wide table is
needed to place the laptops. A high resolution projector / beamer should
be present as well as an audio setup.
An Internet connection via CABLE (UTP CAT5 - no WiFi!)
is needed as we need to plug this into our demo network.
As for microphones, we prefer lapel or clip-on microphones above the
behind-the-head or over-the-ear microphones. A handheld is unusable as
we have to do demonstrations.
